This wonderful cooking school is set on 120 acres in picturesque Kangaroo Valley. The hands on Mediterranean cooking classes focus on simple, flavour-filled dishes to help you recreate and enjoy the taste of the Mediterranean in your own home.
Making great pasta comes from the heart and the hands! You will be guided through the skills you need to make delicate, silky pasta just like Nonna's. In a commercial kitchen, complete with individual work stations, prepare a light Italian lunch that includes such dishes as antipasti, filled pasta (ravioli or tortellini), and a delicious dessert. Then enjoy the fruits of your labour in an ambient dining room overlooking the gorgeous Lower Valley. Fresh ingredients are grown on premises and sourced from local farmers, gardeners and artisan producers. You'll love the freshness and taste!
