Begin with 30 minutes in an mPulse infrared sauna, offering a variety of health benefits and wellness programs at the touch of a button including detoxification, relaxation, anti-aging, cardiovascular, weight loss and pain relief. Here tension will melt away as your body absorbs the healthy infrared heat leading to purification and relaxation. With your body glowing, make your way to your own private floatation suite where you will begin to soak up the 500kg of Magnesium topically through your skin via a 60 minute float session. Afterwards, retreat back to the relaxation room where a pot of beautifully crafted organic tea awaits.
Session Length
- Infrared sauna session is 30 minutes in duration
- Floatation tank session is 60 minutes in duration
- Opening hours: Monday 1–7:30pm, Tuesday to Friday 9:30am–8pm, Saturday to Sunday 9:30am–7:30pm
Restrictions
We recommend avoiding float if you on the first three days of your menstrual cycle, if you have just had a spray tan, or recently dyed your hair.
Guidelines

- It is best to avoid shaving or waxing before floating
- Do not wear any hair or skin products prior to floating
- It is advised to not drink coffee for at least two hours beforehand
- Try to eat a few hours before the float so you don't need to use the bathroom in the middle of your session
Cancellation
Once this experience has been confirmed, changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged directly with them according to this policy:
- A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel a booking
- Cancellations under 24 hours notice will incur a full charge of your appointment fee
