★★★★★ ★★★★★ White Water Rafting Adrian 29 September 2019 "Smithy", Tracey, Callum and Ashley were fantastic with their knowledge, experience and hospitality. It was a great experience and would recommend it to anyone! Thanks guys!
★★★★★ ★★★★★ Great introduction to white water rafting. Dan 6 November 2016 As a couple with no experience in white water rafting, this was a great introduction that ultimately satisfied our curiosity while also making us hungry for more. The day was well run with experienced and friendly guides with all equipment provided. Given the location of home base, be prepared for an early start to make it there on time or plan ahead to stay nearby the night before. A decent level of fitness will ensure you get the most out of the experience and ensure you avoid any muscle soreness the following day. However, the guides will take into account any injuries/your personal fitness in setting the pace. Listen to the guide regarding technique as they are well versed in how best to row while minimising the effort required. By the end of the day, we felt confident enough to take on more challenging rapids and our only regret is not booking earlier in the season (we booked for early November) as the river would have been higher and faster flowing.
★★★★★ ★★★★★ Great River ,great guides, great days experienc. Bob 21 September 2016 Have rafted this river previously albeit a few years ago and enjoyed it so much I returned. The scenery along this river is outstanding , that combined with the fast flowing river and guided by very professional people makes a very enjoyable day. Throughly recommend it anyone who loves the outdoors and wants a bit of fun.
★★★★★ ★★★★★ A great day David1sttimer 11 November 2013 As an introduction to White Water Rafting the day was amazing. The guides were top notch (and I work in Outdoor Recreation education so I know about quality instructors). Equipment was up to date and the river was a great venue. The river is apparently better still in the winter months, but I wouldn't brave the chill. Do make sure you bring a warm change of clothes as there is no hot showers at the end- you are in the bush. Catering is tasty but basic so if you like to eat maybe take some extra.
