What's Included?

Conquer your fears and challenge yourself with a rock climbing session at Mt Timbeerwah in Tewantin National Park. Experienced guides will be on hand to provide a comprehensive safety briefing and lead you up the cliff face, catering to everyone from beginners to intermediate climbers. They run off a maximum of three participants per leader to ensure you get all of the attention and instruction you require. It's the only experience of its kind in the national park and is just a stone's throw from the bustling Hastings Street in Noosa.

Session Length

  • This experience is two hours in duration
  • Sessions run on the first Saturday of every month
  • Session start times differ depending on the time of year (October to March 11:30 or April to September 10:30)

Restrictions

The following people are unfortunately unable to participate; - Participants must be 7 years or older - Anyone who is pregnant - Anyone who is suffering from back pain - anyone suffering from heart conditions

Guidelines

  • Participants must be seven years or older
  • Not suitable for pregnant women, those suffering from back pain or heart conditions
  • A waiver will need to be signed before participating

Cancellation

Once this experience has been confirmed, changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged directly with them according to this policy:

  • Participants forfeit their experience if they arrive after the specified start time or choose to leave early
  • Participants forfeit their experience in the event of a 'no show' on the day

Spectators

Spectators are welcome.

Weather

The provider may cancel the experience in extreme conditions. The experience will not operate in rainy conditions, wind above 40 knots or if the temperature exceeds 38 degrees.

Dress Code

Must wear enclosed shoes, active wear or snug clothing - no loose clothing that can be caught in equipment. Long hair must be tied up.
