The staff were not only wonderfully friendly, but were also vigilant with safety and supportive of all participants. My children (aged 5 and 12) had never participated in a high ropes course before and both took to it immediately and didn’t want to leave. This was a great way to get the children outdoors and an affordable price too. We’ll definitely be back!

★★★★★ ★★★★★ Recommended Top Time at Treetops Sarah 7 July 2023 I took my 10yo to do the ropes course and we had a great time. The staff were friendly and helpful. The course was fun. I had a problem with my equipment which wasn't noticied until I was already part way through a course and I got stuck on the zip line. One of the rollers in my equipment was stuck and I had to pull myself along to the other side. Thankfull I was fit enough to do it (twice before completing the course and being able to get some help). Once I completed the course, I sort assistance. Staff attempted to repair with lubricant and when that didn't work they swapped out the defective piece quickly. The problem was solved pretty fast. 😀 Another issue I encountered was zero toilet paper in the ladies toilets. It was midday. I think there were 4 toilets and not one piece of paper in there. Again, staff quickly fixed the problem but perhaps an extra staff member to check equipment and toilets would make for a smoother more enjoyable experience.

The treetops course is very challenging and motivating and requires you to push yourself and encourage one another(if you're doing it as a family.)this was a great bonding experience for us as we had just faced a loss of a vital family member. Personally I had to push myself as I had a slight fear of heights and I am not the most fittest person but I overcame my self doubts and managed to complete the course. I would recommend it to any individuals and families. The staff are also very friendly and always willing to help. Last Summer we did the extreme zip lining which was also great.

This is an activity that truly everyone can enjoy, I was there with a friend but saw families (including grandfathers) and solo adventurers out at Treetops. The ziplines are definitely the best part, you can to feel the wind in your face whilst taking in the beautiful bush view. The only draw back is the wait sometimes at the different obstacles, but overall I would absolutely recommend this experience to everybody!

★★★★★ ★★★★★ The staff made the adventure! Gemma 12 June 2022 On a road trip with my girls and we stopped in here to do the treetops. My 10 year old twins and myself. I am afraid of heights and often pass out when I am very high but my girls had been wanting to do this for so long, I put on my big girl pants and promised myself I would do it for them. The guy that was working that day (wish I knew his name) could tell I was hiding my nervousness. He quickly put me at ease and said if we get stuck or need help to call him straight away and he would come and rescue us. He was amazing. He kept an eye on us the whole time and at points I was hesitating he would just appear and tell me the easiest way to get across and just put my mind at ease. It was an amazing experience and I am so glad we did it. I would really recommend it to anyone, and the zip lines were like a huge fun reward for all your hard work. Thank you to the guy on that day. We wouldn’t of done it without you!

The staff on site were super helpful and informative and regardless of it being a rainy day it didn't impact our fun in any way. SO MUCH FUN!!
