Restrictions

Some disabilities and medical conditions may restrict participation. If you’re unsure, speak to your GP and complete a medical form. If you are over 75 years of age or pregnant you must also submit the medical form signed by your GP, no later than three days prior to your tour.

Guidelines

• Participants must be over eight years (minors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian during the experience)
• Minimum 1.2 meters tall, minimum 30kg in weight and maximum 136kg in weight
• Participants should have a general level of fitness and be physically and medically fit to take part. No specific training is required before the HALO tour, however, you will be given a safety briefing and guidance from your tour leader on the day

Cancellation

• Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Numbers on the Day

Maximum of 14 participants.

Spectators

Not permitted.

Weather

Optus Stadium may cancel or reschedule HALO experiences for safety or other operational reasons including heavy rain, high winds, lightening or extreme temperatures.

Dress Code

You must wear enclosed, flat shoes. Sports shoes or something comfortable with some grip are recommended. Wear light and comfortable clothes such as active wear or shorts/tracksuit pants and t-shirt/jumper depending on the weather. Don't forget your sunglasses and to apply sunscreen to your face and hands.
