Designed for adventure seekers, this exhilarating experience takes you onto the roof of one of the city’s most iconic landmarks for an unforgettable perspective.

Step beyond your comfort zone as you walk onto a suspended platform above the playing field, secured only by an overhead harness with no hand rails in sight. Challenge yourself to traverse 10 metres from side to side and test your courage as you venture as close to the edge as you dare.

While taking on this unique rooftop challenge, enjoy spectacular views across the Swan River, Matagarup Bridge and the Perth city skyline. Combining excitement, achievement and unforgettable scenery, this experience offers a unique way to see Perth from a completely new angle.

This experience is 90 minutes in duration
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the experience start
Available daily at 10.30am, 1pm, 2pm

Guidelines

Minimum age is 10 years old
Minimum height is 1.2 metres tall
Minimum weight is 30 kilograms and maximum weight is 134 kilograms
Participants must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Those that are will be asked to leave without refund
All children under 18 years old must be accompanied by a paying parent or guardian
Participants should have a moderate level of fitness and be able to walk independently
Participants over 75 years old must submit a medical form signed by a GP at least three days prior to the booking
Pregnant participants must submit a medical form signed by a GP at least three days prior to the booking

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Numbers on the Day

Maximum of six participants per group.

Spectators

Spectators are not permitted.

Weather

In the event of rain or inclement weather your experience will still go ahead unless contacted by the experience provider.

Dress Code

Please wear light comfortable clothing that is appropriate to weather conditions on the day. Enclosed, flat, sports shoes are mandatory. Additional recommended items include sunglasses, sunscreen or a hat.

A birthday gift from a mate - something I probably would not have bought for myself, but I am glad I did it. Matt, the experienced Californian guide, was expert in getting us to go a a little further, and warming us up to the crazy stunts we did at 42 metres in the air above the Stadium. Incredible views, exhilarating. Go do this...

[Employee of redballoon] The Vertigo Rooftop Tour at Optus Stadium is an absolute rush. Our guide Scott was fantastic, making sure everyone felt safe while still keeping the thrill real. Standing out on the platform above the field, with nothing but a harness holding you really gets the heart racing. The views of the city skyline, Swan River and Matagarup Bridge were just incredible and worth every step. The bonus photo and stadium cap are a fun touch to remember the day. If you’re looking for something different in Perth, this mix of adventure, height and scenery ticks every box.

Will be an experience to remember forever

This experience is a must do. It’s something you will look back on forever and be so proud. The tour guides not only take you on the Vertigo experience out on the platform but they also take you around parts of the stadium and you learn so much about goings on at and around the stadium. It’s a must do if you’re in the area.
