I didn't see them the whole time, but heard about it all the way home. The only down side was that there is no staff around at the more challenging areas and 1 of the boys got stuck, had to rely on another visitor to the park to help get him going again, but all in all a great day out. I paid and booked online, on arrival we lined up ,waited our turn and then went to check-in. The person on the counter couldn't find our booking, but he didn't look for long.Then asked us to step to the side and wait while he checked everyone else in.All up we waited 20 mins. Unacceptable We were booked in from 11am for 2.5 hrs. He then proceeded to check us in as he located our booking, by now its 10.50am and then instead of letting us in to the park proceeded to ask us again to wait while he checked in 2 more families . Finally he lets us in to the park. We lined up at 10.20am and its now 10.55am. They ask you to allow an extra 15mins to get Harnessed and shown the ropes. Its a good walk thru the park to get to the tree tops to start so the horrible check in experience took time away from us as everyone that was behind us was now in front of us and we had to wait for the 2nd harnessing class to start. We lost 25mins of our time. They need to teach their staff about customer service. We shouldn't have had to wait 25mins because he couldn't do his job. The park itself is great!!!
