Make a delicious roast pork belly with perfect pork crackling, with apple and sage, followed by prociutto-wrapped pan-fried pork fillet with remoulade and watercress, and lastly, stuffed pork cutlet with your choice of delicious ingredients to create your own personal stuffing.
Taught in a beautiful purpose built cooking school, this hands on class is conducted by an experienced and professional chef in a small class environment where you are involved in all the action to create your wonderful meal. Once all the cooking is done and your scrumptious meals are ready, you will be seated at the dining table where everyone will enjoy their creations with two styles of boutique cider.
