Take a day away from your hectic week to learn some new skills, relax, enjoy our peaceful, ambient setting, and find your inner foodie! In a commercial kitchen, complete with individual work stations, prepare an exotic Moroccan lunch that includes such dishes as tagine, mezze and a range of other traditional dishes. Once you know the basic flavour combinations it’s easy to create delicious Moroccan inspired dishes. Enjoy the fruits of your labour in an ambient dining room overlooking the gorgeous Lower Valley. This school grows and uses seasonal produce and also sources ingredients from local farmers, gardeners and artisanal producers. Savour the delights of Morocco with such dishes as tagine, mezze and a range of other traditional dishes.
