Whether you're already vegan or are looking to go plant-based, these online cooking classes are the perfect introduction. This course utilises recipes from a number of different Asian cultures that have a strong focus on plant-based diets, including India, Korea, Vietnamese and Japan. Over the four classes, you will learn how to plan and create delicious and nutritious meals, traditional cooking methods of alternative proteins like soy milk and tofu, how to shop for and source nutritional and ecologically friendly foods and how to unlock ingredients' natural flavourful essence. You will receive access to a video library and shopping notes for the session you book that you can move through at your own pace. You can join a zoom cooking session with professional cooks each month to answer any of your questions and give real-time food coaching. Session Length

This course is run monthly during the weekend, you may start the course at any time using pre recorded videos and recipes. You will have six months to complete the course once you begin.

Guidelines

  • This is an at-home experience. You will require a computer, tablet, or smartphone with reliable internet to access the classes and videos
  • You will be provided with hands-on support for a four week period beginning when you sign up. You will have six months to complete the course once you begin
  • Classes are on Sunday, the provider will host a Zoom meeting to answer your questions. You will have access to the Zoom recording after the session
