Take in all the gems of the Great Ocean Road as you jump out of an aeroplane at 10,000ft in the air! Experience heart-pounding freefall before the parachute is deployed and you float peacefully back down to ground, relishing in views of the Bay of Islands, Loch Arch Gorge and the 12 Apostles.
Have your mind blown during this exhilarating tandem skydive over some of Australia's most majestic natural formations! Meet the team at the Great Ocean Road Airport, who will run you through a thorough safety briefing before gearing up in the necessary equipment. Then, it's time to board the aircraft and make the nerve-racking climb up to altitude, offering uninterrupted views of the iconic coastline. As the doors open, feel your heart pound out of your chest as you inch closer to the edge, before making the ultimate leap of faith out of the plane with your instructor. Experience invigorating freefall for up to 60 seconds, followed by 5-7 minutes of tranquil floating when the parachute is deployed at 5,000ft. Revel in views of the Bay of Islands, Loch Ard Gorge, the Bay of Martyrs and of course, the 12 Apostles as you soar gently back down to ground.
Please allow up to four hours to complete the experience. It will normally be less, but can be subject to delay by weather or operational issues.
Some medical restrictions may apply - recent surgeries, pregnancy, epilepsy, heart conditions or significant mobility issues should be discussed with the provider prior to booking.
No minimum or maximum group size applicable.
Spectators are welcome - cheer on participants as they emplane and watch as they descend back to earth.
The provider will contact participants with as much notice as possible in the event of poor weather conditions. If you are in any doubt of weather conditions, please call ahead to discuss with the provider.
Please wearing comfortable clothing with soft soled shoes, no high heels or skirts. Dress warm, it is colder in freefall than on the ground. Due to Covid, pants or jumpsuits cannot be provided.
Video packages and t-shirts are available on the day for an additional cost payable to the provider.
