Experience the ultimate adrenaline packed day in SA with this adrenaline one-two! Skydive over the Bend Motorsport Park, landing inside the track, then swap the harness for a race helmet and jump into a V8 Mustang or Holden for three high-octane passenger laps around the award winning race track.
Combine skydiving and racing in this back-to-back thrill-seekers' adventure, the only experience like it in Australia! After meeting your professional instructor and gearing up into a harness, you'll board a custom Cessna 206 aircraft, which will take you high up above the Murray River and over the track. Here you'll climb to your exit altitude and wait for the instructor to give the word. As the door slides open, fresh air rushes around the aircraft, and suddenly everything feels very real! You move to the edge, hanging outside the aircraft and smile for the camera before feeling yourself exit the plane and start to freefall. You accelerate to 220 km/ph, feeling the adrenaline pump through your veins and the wind rush past your face. As the parachute opens, everything slows while your instructor congratulates you and welcomes you to the sky.
Make the most of your time up high, taking in the stunning views including the birds eye view of the Bend Motorsport Park before you take control of your parachute, flying around for about five minutes before coming in to land. After touching down on terra firma, you will swap your skydiving harness for a race car helmet and climb into a Mustang or V8 to experience three passenger hot laps around the World Class Bend race track. Then, when all is said and done and your heartrate is back to normal, you will receive a certificate commemorating your experience as well as video and photos of you in action.
Spectators are more than welcome at the Langhorne Creek Dropzone. There are fantastic facilities to host large groups including a cafe, licensed bar, vending machine, children's playground and more. Walk them to the plane or watch them land. Spectators are also welcome at the Bend Motorsport Park - see reception on arrival.
This experience is weather dependant. In the case of adverse weather, skydives are rescheduled to another date of your convenience. You will be updated via text message regarding weather conditions.
Skydiving: Please wear comfortable clothes, bring layers and wear shoes that do up tight. No heels, boots, steel caps or thongs. Prescription glasses are fine, so long as the frames are not unusually large. Hotlaps: Must have long sleeves and long pants and enclosed shoes.
