Private Blue Mountains & Sydney Harbour Helicopter Flight

• Please allow two hours for the total experience duration
• Helicopter flight is 90 minutes in duration
• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure

• Photo identification is required for the lead passenger
• Advance booking is essential; flights operate on selected days with limited departure times
• All passengers must provide accurate individual weights at the time of booking for aircraft weight and balance calculations
• Cancellation and rescheduling policies apply as per the operator's booking terms and conditions
• Please advise the operator at the time of booking of any mobility requirements, so appropriate assistance can be arranged
• Passenger weight limits apply for aircraft safety, performance and weight and balance requirements
• Maximum individual weight of 130kg per passenger; maximum of 245kg per group
• Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult unless otherwise approved by the operator
• Recommended minimum age of five years and above
• Not recommended for participants who are more than 20 weeks pregnant
• Participants with heart conditions, back or neck injuries, recent surgery, or other medical conditions affected by flight should consult their doctor before booking and advise the operator

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no-shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Flights operate subject to suitable weather conditions and may be rescheduled if conditions are unsuitable; rescheduling is at no cost to you.

Please wear comfortable clothing and flat, enclosed shoes; avoid loose hats, scarves and light items that can blow away on the tarmac. Bring your sunglasses and smartphone or camera.

This experience departs from 65 Tower Road, Bankstown Aerodrome, NSW 2200. Free parking is available on the opposite side of the street.
