• This experience is approximately one hour and 45 minutes in total duration
• Flight time is 20 minutes in duration
• One hour on the ground with 20 minutes for briefing and photos

• Participants must arrive at the agreed time for the safety briefing and timely departure
• Participants under the influence of drugs or alcohol may be refused onboard
• All passengers must comply with the ground crew and the Captain's directions
• Passengers must not touch any of the pilot's controls or switches
• Please seek medical advice if you have any condition that may be affected by flight, or if you are in the late term of pregnancy
• Please secure loose items and tie up long hair during "doors off" flights
• Participants over 136kg may be restricted from certain helicopter types
• Participants must be 18 years and over to consume alcohol; photo ID may be required
• No umbrellas or large hats permitted
• Some accessibility requirements can be catered for; please advise your needs at the time of booking so suitability can be confirmed

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Minimum of two participants.

Spectators can watch you take off and land from the launch site.

In extreme weather conditions the tour may be cancelled if safety is a concern. You will be contacted by the provider and rescheduled.

Please wear comfortable, secure clothing, avoiding flowing dresses and scarves.
