Discover the untouched wonders of the Southern Great Barrier Reef on this full day scuba diving adventure. Led by experienced and knowledgeable guides, head out with fellow divers divers for two unforgettable dives in the pristine waters and uncover captivating sites below the surface.
After meeting the crew and signing in, you'll hop on board the small yet powerful vessel and settle in for an adventure on the Great Southern Barrier Reef. Led by a knowledgeable guide and skipper, you'll head out to the pristine Bunker group of the reef, for two enchanting scuba dives. The dive sites include but are not limited to, Boult Reef, Fitzroy reef, Lamont reef and the famous Heron Island reef. The expert team on board is able to caters to all levels of divers, from Open Water enthusiasts to Technical divers. Keep your eyes peeled for the magnificent marine life inhabiting the waters such as manta rays, turtles, reef sharks and various species of rays. Explore intriguing wreck sites and discover some of the untouched wonders of this remote part of the Great Barrier Reef.
This experience is a full day adventure lasting around 8 hours total.
The maximum group size is 20.
Due to the remote locations of the dive sites all bookings are subject to the weather conditions. Please contact DSS staff if unsure. If the trip is cancelled due to the weather conditions DSS staff will contact you via phone or email.
Sun hats, swimwear, towels and sunglasses are recommended. The wetsuits and other diving equipment can be hired from DSS at an additional cost .
