• This experience is three hours in duration, with one hour of snorkelling time
• Please arrive 20 minutes prior to departure

• Minimum age is four years old
• Participants must be able to swim and have snorkelled before
• Participants must be able to hold themselves steady on the boat ride
• Participants must be able to climb the ladder to exit the water independently

• Please advise the experience provider of any medical conditions (including epilepsy, diabetes, heart, asthma or lung conditions) or allergies at the time of booking
• Whale sightings are seasonal and available between May and October
• Minimum participant numbers apply, you may be contacted to reschedule if numbers are not met

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

In extreme weather, strong wind, large swell or unsuitable tide conditions the tour may be rescheduled if safety is a concern; you will be contacted by the experience provider.
