★★★★★ ★★★★★ Not bad, but needs more information in the listing Sara 1 January 2026 We had a reasonably good day with Tristan and Nat. Both were really lovely people and very attentive. The weather was nice after the drizzling rain stopped, and the snorkelling was lovely. However there were a couple of things that we thought could be improved: - The cruise to the island is 3 hours, with no shade. This isn't mentioned anywhere, and we wouldn't have done this if we knew that. Also there are only 16 beanbags on the deck and there were 30 people boarding. Most of those bean bags need new beans in them, because the trip was incredibly uncomfortable and akin to sitting on a hard piece of metal for 3 hours, in full sun. - They say they cater to dietary restrictions. This clearly does not include diabetics. Everything was full of carbs and/or sugar, which made it really difficult to eat anything all day. Then we were singled out in front of everyone because of it. - Apparently having diabetes affects your ability to swim. We were told we must swim with a pool noodle because he has diabetes and his age (40) makes him a risk. Trust me when I say this man swims daily. He doesn't need a pool noodle, but way to make someone feel small. - Advertising says we get 4 hours at the island. We had less than 2 hours. We arrived around 1:30 and had to be back on the boat at 3:10. All in all, I probably wouldn't recommend this to a friend unless they specifically wanted a longer sail across to the island, and definitely not if you have any dietary requirements. The staff were so incredibly supportive with my trepidation around snorkelling and stayed out for ages longer than the tour as everyone wanted to keep watching the whales. Lunch was great. Maisie 21 October 2023 We had an amazing time with Corey and Cassie on the Tongarra sail, incredible day with a little bush walk, swim and snorkel experience, and BYO drinks all afternoon. There was a banana boat experience that was a bit of fun and the snorkeling was amazing. Appreciated the leisurely pace and how relaxed it was, really nice atmosphere on board. Well done Corey and Cassie we loved being with you for the day!!
★★★★★ ★★★★★ Great day but not as advertised Jana 7 April 2022 We had a great day and the crew was brilliant! However, we were disappointed as the tour didn’t go as advertised. It is advertised with 2 snorkelling spots - we only did one (30 minutes). Furthermore, it says you’ll have 2h on Langford island with your choice to snorkel, relax or do a bushwalk. We didn’t have 2h on the island. All we did was the bushwalk (20 minutes on the island total) and we were then told that the reef around the island was destroyed by the cyclone and it wasn’t worth snorkeling there. (Why not update the advertising?! Why not choose a second snorkeling spot somewhere else?!) We chose this tour because we liked the idea of snorkeling around Langford and having two snorkeling spots in total. It is heavily advertised spending 2h on Langford island but in reality you just do the bushwalk and then hop back on the boat. We did the banana boat ride after the bushwalk but probably would have preferred to use the time to snorkel. Overall, the crew was amazing and the day was nice but the tour description definitely has to be updated! If you want to do this tour because of the snorkeling, don’t do it! If you’re looking to spend time on the catamaran simply sailing, this is your tour!
★★★★★ ★★★★★ Would go again in a heartbeat! Andrea 17 February 2022 The staff are the best, had so many laughs and everyone brought amazing vibes. It was just a great day and my favourite tour by far that my partner and I did on the whitsundays. The snorkelling spot is insane, the sandbar was a sight to be seen. Good chance you'll see turtles, we saw a couple and even one up close! A super relaxing day highly recommend and would go again! It was an 11/10 day, add this to your itinerary asap and make sure it's one of the tours you do!
