Come and explore Scuba Diving with the Turtles at Cook Island, a Marine Reserve known for its diverse marine life and breeding seabirds. Designed for certified scuba divers, this adventure will see you dive into the clear shallow waters and beautiful reefs of Cook Island where you can encounter over 450 different species of fish and an array of stunning marine life. You will commonly see Green Sea Turtles in this area which is situated only 15 minutes from Tweed Heads, opposite Fingal Heads, and part of a protected area of Southern Queensland. Take in the beautiful coastline as you journey to and from the island aboard the "Ocean Adventurer" the comfortable vessel on which you can enjoy refreshments prior to and post your experience.

A disclaimer must be signed on the day, prior to the experience
Minimum age is 12 years old
Participants with any chronic medical conditions, including but not limited to, asthma, lung problems, heart problems, or pregnancy, must check with the experience provider on additional medical guidelines at the time of booking. Participants may be required to see a qualified physician for a dive medical prior to the experience
A minimum of open water certification is required.

Once this experience has been confirmed, changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged directly with them according to this policy: Rescheduling

Over 48 hours prior to the experience date: No charge
Within 48 hours of the experience, No Shows and Late Arrivals: Participants forfeit their experience and are not entitled to a refund or re-book. Participants are advised to make their own insurance provisions in case of unforeseen circumstances

In the event of rain or inclement weather your experience will still go ahead unless contacted by the experience provider

No dress code is required , but caution and care is necessary

Alot of wasted time as poorly organised

The process could have run so much more efficiently which would have resulted in more time in the water but lack of organization and flow meant alot of sitting and standing around waiting and lack of planning and communicating left everyone unsure the final snorkel was lovely but then the return transfer was made unnecessarily longer on a hot day
