What better place to get a taste of scuba diving than at the Great Barrier Reef? Take the plunge and discover spectacular coral gardens teeming with marine life under the control and supervision of an instructor. You'll also be treated to a tropical buffet lunch and afternoon tea on board.
Discover the wonders and beauty of the world's largest coral reef system on this full day introductory dive tour. Departing Cairns, you'll cruise to the Outer Reef on an 16.8-metre mono hull and anchor at two world-class dive locations that vary depending on the conditions on the day. Reefs typically visited are Milln Reef, Moore Reef, Thetford Reef and Briggs Reef. Included is one introductory scuba dive guided by the team, approximately 30 minutes in duration, where you'll uncover an abundance of marine life such as corals, turtles, fish, giant clams and sharks, and find yourself exploring coral caves, exciting walls and drop offs. Refuel with a tropical buffet lunch on board before heading to the next destination. This is a great way to trial diving without certification.
