For eg, when I wanted to shift the lunch booking back an hour, the restaurant said I had to go through Ref Balloon to make that happen. Seriously? The weather wasn't even a perfect clear day and ever minute was so beautiful. Going around Sydney Harbour and the beach cliffsides, no matter where you were in the plane you saw it all. The team made it really easy to get on/off the plane and were very informative the whole time. I would recommend this experience to anyone and everyone!!
