‘This was a wonderful, personalised opportunity to explore and play with photography. Really helped with examples of concepts you read about in practice. Tamara was wonderful and we had a small group so plenty of opportunity for questions,’ Pen.
‘Petra, at Tu Solus made it a fun and educational experience. I was given bubbles and a platter for lunch, and left with 2 perfumes I designed myself. You are not rushed, in fact I had to ask my husband, who was giving me a lift home, to come back later, because I was having too much fun. It is a great gift to give someone,’ June.

‘I had so much fun at the resin art class. We got taught everything we’d need to know to get started including the safety aspects of resin. Our teacher was enthusiastic and helped with all of our questions. We got full access to all the colours and pigments we could hope for and if there was a colour missing that we wanted, she would go next door to the shop to get it. Creating a piece to take home was the cherry on top,’ Brydie.
‘It was a very informative and at the same time relaxed and pleasurable experience. Sophie was a great facilitator, very attentive and approachable. I have received a lot knowledge and practice in these 2.5 hour course and would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to learn the skill,’ Natalia.
‘A great set-up with friendly and helpful staff. They take you through every step of the brewing process, once you pick your beer they give you a recipe to follow. All the while you get to drink cheap beers!’ Luke.
‘While a little nerve racking to begin with, overall a fun morning. Staff look after you well and are with you every step of the way. I can see why it’s addictive, already want to go back and do it again,’ David.
‘The workshop was absolutely amazing, you don’t have to be a tea expert to enjoy the hour session. Personally, my partner and I drink tea quite often, and we learned so much more about the tea and how different way of brewing can bring out some much more of the same tea! Very glad that we got the chance to make our own tea, Ruan was nothing but excellent and passionate about what he is doing!’ Hexing.
‘Burrata, bocconcini and bottomless bubbles – an epic combo! Marly was extremely knowledgable and presented the class/information in a really interesting and absorbable way. I loved how hands-on it was and how surprisingly easy the recipes are to recreate at home,’ Brittany.
