Learn how to re-create the rustic and exotic flavours of the Middle East. With specialties from Kuwait, Oman, Quatar, Saudi Arabia, Iraq and the United Arab Emirates, the experienced Chef will teach you how to cook a variety of unique and delicious dishes. The impressive barbecue facilities are state of the art which adds to the fantastic experience of this hands-on cooking class. The Chef will take you through the various dishes step by step as you work together to cook up your BBQ feast before you all sit down as a group to enjoy your mouthwatering creations over a couple glasses of beer or wine.
Sample dishes include Chicken Machboos from Kuwait, Lamb Kabsa from Saudi Arabia, Carp Masgouf with Sumac Salad from Iraq and Flatbreads and Home made dips all prepared using a BBQ.
