An excellent 3 hour course that teaches students the basics on how to appreciate and create a good cup of coffee. Ideal for those who would simply like to make a better cuppa at home or for those considering doing an advanced course that would provide them with a barista qualification. Stephen, our trainer, was very experienced and skilled in the art of making coffee. He made the course very enjoyable by his informal manner, inviting questions by he participants and by encouraging active participation. I thoroughly recommend this course to anyone seeking an introductory experience to coffee making and appreciation.
