Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time to ensure a prompt departure. Regrettably, we cannot delay departures, and if you are not onboard by the scheduled time, you will be considered a no-show.

• Bookings cannot be cancelled for a refund under any circumstances and failure to attend will result in the forfeiture of the full payment.
• In the event of operator cancellation due to adverse weather conditions or operational issues, customers will be entitled to a full refund or credit.
