Experience a thrilling intro to the world of Supercars! Drive 5 high-speed laps in a race around a 2.1km purpose-built race track. Cars are equipped with Supercar slicks, suspension, brakes and full roll cages - you won't be disappointed!
Your experience starts when you arrive at the the Norwell Motorplex track, which is home to Supercar Driving Experience and Team Paul Morris Motorsport. You will be fitted with your helmet before meeting your race instructor and then you will set off on 2 observation laps driven by your instructor, as they will talk you through the track and give you tips on all aspects of racing including, cornering/race line, break points and acceleration. This will help you to get the most out of the experience.
After the observation laps you will jump in your chosen race car and then you will drive 5 laps of the full track. Your race instructor will give you constant guidance throughout the experience, their aim is to get you driving faster and faster, if all goes to plan your last lap will be the fastest.
You will be asked on the day of your experience if you wish to drive either a Ford or Holden V8, its completely up to you.
Drivers must be wearing closed-in shoes for safety regulations.
In the event of rain or inclement weather your experience will still go ahead unless contacted by the experience provider.
Casual and comfortable clothing is recommended, along with covered shoes.
This experience takes place at Norwell Motorplex, Queensland - approximately 45 minutes south of the Brisbane CBD.
