• This experience is approximately one hour in duration
• The pre-flight safety and orientation briefing will last 15 minutes
• Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled flight
• This experience is available seven days a week (except some public holidays)

Not suitable for pregnant women, the elderly or those with a significant medical condition

• Reasonable level of physical fitness required as participants will experience G-forces of up to 6 Gs
• Participants must be over 18 years of age, or between 13-18 and have explicit parental consent
• Participants must not be over 90 kg weight or 190 cm height
• Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol or other drugs
• Advance bookings are essential

• Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

The experience provider will make every attempt to fly on a participant's booked date & time, however reserves the right to reschedule flights without penalty due to unsuitable weather conditions or other reasons beyond the operators control.

Loose, comfortable clothing is recommended.
