Consult your GP if you have medical conditions, including pregnancy, before booking. A carer is required if you need assistance entering or exiting the float tank. Participants must be 18 years or older. Individuals with a history of seizures or epilepsy should avoid this experience. Ensure all tattoos are fully healed before floating.

• Complete the pre-float form sent via email to ensure a smooth check-in.
• Arrive at least 5 minutes early for a stress-free start to your session.
• Avoid eating within 90 minutes before floating for the best experience.
• Skip coffee, smoking, or stimulants right before your float session.
• Do not consume alcohol prior to your float for safety reasons.
• Avoid shaving on the day of your float to prevent skin irritation.
• Ensure tattoos are fully healed before booking your float session.
• Floating is not allowed if your hair colour is still leaving residue.
• Consult your GP if you’re pregnant or have any medical conditions.
• A carer is required if you need assistance getting in or out of the tank.
• This experience is not suitable for children under 18 years of age.
• You are free to exit the tank anytime but are encouraged to stay as long as needed.

• Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee of 50%.
• No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full price.

The facility houses two float tanks in separate rooms, accommodating individual sessions or two participants simultaneously. Come alone for personal relaxation or share the experience with a companion.

If you require a carer or support person, they are welcome to stay in the float room or wait in our reception area during your session.

Floatation therapy is an indoor activity that is not affected by weather conditions. During colder months, we recommend bringing warm clothing, such as a beanie, coat, or slippers, to ensure comfort before and after the session.

We recommend a follow-up float within a week of your first session. Like any skill, floating takes practice - each session helps you go deeper into relaxation, allowing your mind and body to fully experience its varied benefits. Regular floating can enhance stress relief, improve sleep, and support overall well-being.
