  • Smoking is strictly not permitted anywhere on The Q Train or under the station verandah canopies
  • Departure times vary depending on the day

  • Not available on public holidays
  • This experience does not operate two weeks over Christmas and one week over Easter
  • For guests booking transport, select a pick up time at least 20 minutes after your scheduled return to allow for possible delays

  • Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience
  • Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
