If you’re booking transport, we recommend selecting a pick-up time at least 20 minutes after your scheduled return, to allow for possible delays and a visit to our Station House at the end of your journey.

The Q Train doesn't operate on public holidays, and is closed for two weeks over Christmas, and one week over Easter.
