• This experience allows up to three hours of climbing time
• Available 9.30am and 1.30pm Monday to Friday, with additional sessions on weekends
• Closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day and ANZAC Day

• Minimum height of 160cm with your hands overhead
• Access to 'black' levels requires an adult ticket and a minimum height of 180cm with hands overhead
• Maximum weight limit of 120 kilograms
• Harnesses have a maximum diameter of 120cm
• Children under 18 require parental consent to be signed
• Children under 14 should be supervised by an adult throughout
• Not suitable for children eight years and under
• Not recommended for those who are pregnant, have brittle bones, heart conditions, high blood pressure or any other adverse medical condition
• Enclosed shoes must be worn to participate

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Spectators are welcome free of charge.

If weather conditions prove to be unsafe, such as hail, high winds or lightning, the course may be closed temporarily

Please wear comfortable active wear and athletic, enclosed shoes. Knee length shorts are recommended.
