Guidelines

• Weight limit is 90kg
• Participants must be able to swim and be comfortable in the water; high level of fitness is required
• Participants should have no serious health issues
• Participants must wear life jacket provided
• Children aged 15 - 17 years old can attend if accompanied by a parent or guardian
• Minimum age is 15 years old

Cancellation

• Change your booking up to 7 days before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Numbers on the Day

Maximum of 6 participants, in 3 double kayaks. Experienced kayakers have the option of choosing a single kayak.

Weather

In the event of rain or inclement weather, your experience will still go ahead unless contacted by the experience provider. If the experience is cancelled due to strong winds (more than 20 knots), you will be rescheduled by the experience provider directly.

Dress Code

Wear a long sleeve top, shorts and shoes that can get wet. Synthetic clothes are best, as this will dry quicker than cotton. Recommended to bring a change of clothes for after the experience. Don't forget a hat and sunscreen.

A reasonable to high level of fitness is required for this activity!
