• This experience is approximately four hours in duration
• Available Wednesday to Sunday
• Departure time for this experience is at 11:30am or 12:30pm (depending on availability on the day), and 1:30pm (during summer only)
• Total flying time is about 40 minutes
• Check-in for experience is 30minutes prior to departure time

• Maximum weight of 130kg per person
• When booking, passengers weights will be requested. This is an important part of the booking process as availability depends on total weight. Bookings will not be accepted without this information
• This experience requires passengers to walk down the dock, climb and descend seaplanes stairs unaided. Please contact us if any questions or concerns
• Due to the small size and design restrictions of our aircraft, we are unable to carry passengers with restricted mobility who cannot board the aircraft unaided. Wheelchairs do not fit in the aircraft
• Pregnant women should seek medical advice before embarking on any aviation experience

• Change your booking up to 7 days before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

This experience is for two people. There may be other passengers on the plane.

In the event of poor weather conditions, the experience provider may have to reschedule your flight.
