This flight is 20 minutes in duration. Please arrive 20 minutes before your flight time.

• Flights operate seven days a week during daylight hours

• Passengers over 136kg may be restricted from certain helicopter types
• Passengers must arrive at the agreed time for the safety briefing and timely departure
• Passengers under the influence of drugs or alcohol may be refused onboard
• Passengers must comply with the ground crew and the Captain's directions
• Passengers must not touch any of the pilot's controls or switches
• Please seek medical advice if you have any condition which may be affected by flight
• Please seek medical advice if you are in the late term of pregnancy
• Weather plays a major role in when flights can be conducted

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no-shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Minimum of two participants.

Spectators can watch you take off and land from the launch site.

In extreme weather conditions the tour may be cancelled if safety is a concern. You will be contacted by the provider and rescheduled.

Flowing dresses and scarves may not be suitable. Umbrellas and large hats are not suitable. Please secure loose items and tie up long hair during "doors off" flights.
