Nail mouthwatering authentic Italian dishes that ooze flavour and are rich in taste. Learn how to make fresh Focaccia, hand make your own Pasta from scratch and pick up invaluable tips and tricks. You will also learn how to make a delectable Panna Cotta.
Italians are masters of understated culinary art. Their foods are rich in strong flavours and seasoned with gorgeous fresh herbs. Now is your chance to learn the techniques behind creating simple yet delicious dishes that will wow your friends and family.
Your cooking class begins with a heart warming welcome and an introduction and chat with your fellow budding chefs. Then pop on your apron, get into the kitchen and start cooking!
You will work in small groups as the Chef guides you step by step. In this class you will learn the tricks and tips to making the perfect pasta dough, delicious ravioli filling and roasted capsicum sauce. On top of that, you will also have the opportunity to learn an Italian sweet dish - the fabulously light and refreshing Panna Cotta.
This is fun, informative and will teach you how to produce stunning authentic Italian dishes that are steeped in tradition and flavour! Please note: The menu is based on available seasonal produce and is subject to change at the experience provider's discretion. Pasta is not Gluten Free. You will not have your own personal kitchen and work space; instead you will work and cook together as a team, and share workspace and the kitchen equipment with other participants. A group cooking session with partial group participation is the most effective and fun way to add to your cooking skills. Some dishes will be hands on, but to speed up the session there will be some dishes that are only demonstrated!
This class is available Vegetarian and Dairy-Free. This class is not Gluten Free! Please note you will work and cook together as a team with other participants. To ensure the class finishes on time some basic elements are provided for you. Children must be accompanied by a paying adult or they will be refused entry and their class forfeited.
A minimum of 8 customers is required for this experience to go ahead. All classes are conducted in small groups, cooking in pairs on a table of 4 (approx).
We cannot offer Spectators a spot, please book in. Contact us for any special conditions.
Please wear sensible enclosed shoes or you will not be able to participate in the food preparation.
Please note you will not have your own personal kitchen and work space. We will work together as a team and cook together as a team and therefore will be required to share your workspace and the kitchen equipment with other participants!
