This private surfing lesson is ideal for absolute beginners, or anyone who is finding it difficult to progress the next level! Located at the picturesque Seven Mile Beach, only 2 hours south of Sydney, its the ideal location for beginner surfers with its tame waves and scenic surroundings. You'll meet your qualified surf instructor 30 minutes prior to the arranged lesson time to be fitted with a wetsuit and surfboard. During the surfing lesson, receive advice on tides and conditions, and how to identify the safest part of the beach to surf. Absolute beginners, will be taught from the basics of paddling technique followed by how to stand up on your board and take you into the water to experience catching your first wave! Most people stand up within the first lesson! For those a little more advanced, your instructor will tailor the lesson according to your own particular level.

The private surfing lesson is 2 hours in duration and is perfect to learn the basics of surfing. One of the biggest advantages of the private lesson is that you have the full attention of your surf instructor. All the advice and instructions passed on to you will be directly targeted to improving your own individual surfing skills. Your instructor will also be more than happy to provide you with advice on the right type of board and equipment for you.
