Guidelines

• The maximum permitted weight of an individual passenger is 120kg
• The maximum combined weight of both passengers must not exceed 240kg
• You will be asked to submit the accurate weight and address of each passenger to the experience provider
• It is a 10 minute walk from the office to the helipad. Please let the provider know in advance if you cannot walk this distance so they can organise a lift

Cancellation

Once this experience has been confirmed, changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged directly with them according to this policy:

• At least 48 hours required to cancel flight or fare will be forfeited
• Flights can be cancelled or rescheduled by the client up to 48 hours before the departure time

Numbers on the Day

This is a private flight for two people.

Spectators

Spectators are welcome and can stand at the helipad to watch you take off.

Weather

Should the flight be cancelled due inclement weather or for another reason beyond our control the flight will be rescheduled.

Dress Code

No wet bathers.
