Restrictions

Please present this ticket to the Animal Adventures Check-In Centre located inside Sea World ONE HOUR PRIOR to your program time. All participants must be present at check-in. A wetsuit or rash vest and board shorts will be supplied and must be worn. Sizes range from XS to 7XL. Should we not have your size, please contact Guest Services to make other arrangements. Swimwear must be worn underneath wet suits or rash vests and board shorts. By proceeding with your booking you have acknowledged and agreed that you do meet all participation criteria. If at any time prior to the program or during the program you are assessed as not being able to fulfill the criteria, you will be asked to leave the program. Unfortunately no refund is payable. Booking is valid only for the date, time and program specified.  All programs will proceed in wet weather. No refunds or rainchecks are available if you choose not to participate due to weather conditions.

Guidelines

• Participants must purchase a Sea World entry ticket or hold a valid pass for entry to Sea World
• Participants must be minimum four years of age and a minimum height of 102cm. Participants aged 4-8 years must be accompanied by a paying adult aged 14+ years and a minimum of 145cm in height
• Participants aged nine years of age or above and a minimum of 132cm in height are permitted in deep water providing they are competent swimmers/able to swim unaided. Participants under this age and height must remain in the shallow water with the accompanying adult for the duration of the experience
• Participants will be measured on the day of participation without footwear. If the participant does not meet the height restriction, they will not be able to participate and will not be eligible for a refund
• Participants must be able to speak and/or understand English, or have a translator participate in the program with them (one paying translator with one paying participant. Persons acting as a translator must advise staff at the start of the program. Translators must satisfy all criteria)
• Participants must not be pregnant, have any open cuts or infections or any form of disability which prevents them from satisfying the criteria for participation
• Please inform staff of any medical conditions at the time of booking
• Participants must purchase a Sea World entry ticket or hold a valid pass for entry to Sea World

Cancellation

• Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
• No cancellations or refunds

Numbers on the Day

This is a private experience for two people.

Weather

This experience may be affected by inclement weather.

Dress Code

Swimwear must be worn underneath wet suits or rash vests and board shorts. For the safety of the animals, participants must remove any visible jewellery that can be removed including but not limited to; necklaces, bracelets, ear rings, body piercings, religious and cultural ornamentation, hair clips and pins (a single hair band is permitted) or any other accessories deemed not suitable.
