• Each therapy session is one hour in duration
• Five one hour sessions in total
• Please arrive 10 minutes early

To ensure your safety and maximise the benefits of your session, please read the following guidelines carefully. Certain medical conditions can affect your ability to safely participate in oxygen therapy. You should NOT participate if you have any of the following without consulting with your GP High fever Recently flown within the last 24 hours Ear infection or blocked ear canal Neuritis Severe lung or heart disease Full or partial pneumothorax Seizures Emphysema Sinus or upper respiratory infection Glaucoma or severe diabetic retinopathy Recent retinal detachment or eye surgery e.g., LASIK, cataract Untreated asthma, or an asthma attack in the last 24 hours Ischemic stroke, hemorrhagic stroke, or transient ischemic attack Additional Guidelines: 100% cotton clothing must be worn during the session. No personal devices or jewellery are permitted in the chamber. A waiver must be signed before using the machine. Please inform our staff of any medical conditions before your session

• Synthetic fabrics are not permitted inside the treatment space. You must wear 100% cotton only
• No metal items may be worn, including underwire bras, zippers, watches, or hair accessories
• All jewellery must be removed prior to entering
• No perfumes, lotions, oils, or scented products
• No personal devices are permitted inside the treatment space
• Shoes will be removed before entering
• Sessions must be used within the five pack validity time frame
• Participants will be provided with a 100% cotton blanket to use during their treatment
• Listen carefully to the briefing provided to ensure you understand how the therapy works and what to expect
• Inform staff of any health concerns, changes or conditions prior to your experience
• All participants must sign a waiver before using the machine
• This is a wellness experience. Please participate mindfully
• Participants should not proceed without consulting a GP if they have a high fever, have flown within the last 24 hours, have an ear infection or blocked ear canal, neuritis, severe lung or heart disease, full or partial pneumothorax, seizures, emphysema, sinus or upper respiratory infection, glaucoma or severe diabetic retinopathy, recent retinal detachment or eye surgery, untreated asthma or an asthma attack in the last 24 hours, ischemic stroke, hemorrhagic stroke, or a transient ischemic attack

• Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

This voucher is valid for one participant and is strictly non transferable.

General spectators are not permitted. The only exceptions are guardians accompanying individuals under 18 who are using the facilities, or designated caregivers assisting clients who require support. Guardians and caregivers may wait in the designated waiting area during the session.

This experience runs in all weather conditions.

For safety reasons, all participants must wear 100% cotton clothing only. Please bring a book, or feel free to borrow one on site.

Sessions must be used within the 5-pack validity timeframe.
