Guidelines

• As alcohol will be supplied as part of the package and can be purchased on board passengers will be asked to provide an official photo proof of age (i.e. driving licence ) upon boarding
• The provider's liquor licence prevents the sale or supply of alcohol one hour before returning to land
• This is a non-smoking vessel. They do not normally return to land until the scheduled end of the charter unless the clients make a specific request as that will incur additional wharf fees which will be charged to the client
• Passengers must at all times follow the safety instructions provided by the skipper and crew, if their instructions are not complied with the charter will be terminated immediately
• Should the use of controlled drugs be suspected or detected the charter will be immediately terminated and the vessel will put into the nearest wharf and the Police will be notified
• The skipper reserves the right to shorten the charter should any client become so intoxicated that they are considered to be a danger to themselves or others
• If the charter has to be shortened due to a client becoming incapacitated due to sea sickness a refund of the pro rata remaining hourly rate will be issued
• Any pre-diagnosed medical condition which may require immediate emergency medical attention should be declared at time of booking
• Dietary conditions and food allergies should be made known when making your booking
• This charter can not be purchased for Christmas Day, New Years Eve or Anzac Day and any other public holidays.

Cancellation

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Numbers on the Day

This voucher is valid for two people and includes a skipper and hostess.

Spectators

Spectators are welcome to wave off guests at their chosen departure wharf and welcome them home. The skipper and hostess will remain very discreet and no other passengers are allowed on board on departure.

Weather

Forecast winds of 30 knots and forecast thunder and lightning storms will result in cancellation and re-booking of the charter - this is a very rare occurrence in Sydney Harbour.

Dress Code

The dress code is entirely up to the clients. High heels are not permitted on board to prevent damage to the boat decks.

Other Info

Clients are requested to supply their own sea sickness medication.
