Guidelines

• Minimum age is 10 years old
• Minimum 1.2 meters tall
• Minimum of 30kg and maximum of 134kg
• Participants must have a blood-alcohol concentration under 0.05%
• Participants should have a general level of fitness and be physically and medically fit to take part
• All child bookings must be accompanied by a paid participating adult
• Please advise dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking
• Participants must be 18 years and over to purchase alcohol; photo ID may be required
• Parking is free on non-event days at Marlee Loop and Camfield car parks
• For any changes to your reservation please contact the experience provider directly at least 24 hours prior to your tour
• The tour may be cancelled or rescheduled due to safety or other operational reasons, including inclement weather (heavy rain, high winds, lightning, extreme temperatures)
• If the experience provider cancels a tour and you are unable to attend a rescheduled tour, you will be provided a refund
• If you have a disability, medical condition, are over 75 years of age or pregnant, please submit a medical form three days prior signed by your GP

Cancellation

Once booked, each element of a combo experience will be treated as a separate booking, and customers may cancel or reschedule each element independently in accordance with the standard cancellation policies (refer to “15. Weather

In cases of inclement or extreme weather such as very high winds or electrical storms, your experience may be postponed and rescheduled.

Dress Code

Please wear enclosed flat shoes, such as sport shoes or other shoes with grip. Dress appropriate to the weather on the day in light and comfortable clothes and also bring sunglasses and apply sunscreen on sunny days.

Other Info

Experience voucher is valid for redemption from 2 October 2025 to 16 November 2025. If not redeemed by this date, the voucher's monetary value will remain as a credit and may be used until the voucher expiry date. Limited bookings per day.

This experience takes place at The Ozone located on the west side of Optus Stadium, behind Gate D, 333 Victoria Park Dr, Burswood WA 6100. The dinner experience takes place at Bright Tank Brewing Co, 100 Brown Street, East Perth, WA 6004.
