You'll visit Max at his award winning restaurant for a 2 course a la carte lunch of regional delights, with wine from Red Hill Estate winery.

• pick your own cherries, strawberries
• walk the olive grove, taste the olive oil
• collect seafood fresh from the bay
• visit the first bio-dynamic cider orchard
