• This experience is two-hours in duration
• Please arrive 20 minutes prior to departure
• Unfortunately, the boat is not able to wait if you are running late
• Tours depart November to end July. Please note that this tour does not depart during whale watching season (August to early November)

• We strongly recommend that you take sea sickness prevention tablets before boarding the boat if you are prone to sea sickness. Please visit your chemist to discuss options available to you
• This tour operates over a sandbar and as such there may be times when the departure time may vary due to the depth of the sandbar and the tide. In these instances you will be notified in advance
• Please note this is an "adventure" tour and is conducted out on the ocean where it can be wet and windy

Once this experience has been confirmed, changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged directly with them according to this policy:

• Cancelations within 24 hours of the booking departure will receive no refund
• Cancelations within 48 hours of the booking departure will receive a 50% refund
• Cancelations more than 48 hours prior to the booking departure receive a refund of 80%

There is a minimum of 10 people.

All tours subject to suitable ocean and weather conditions. Tours may be cancelled if the wind is too strong or swell too large. Rainy conditions or forecast do not necessarily result in cancellation.

Please wear flat, covered shoes, bring warm clothing, wet weather jacket, hat and sunglasses.

This experience is not wheelchair accessible.
