Guidelines

• The walk from the various venues is about 30 - 40 minutes in total with breaks at each stop
• The longest walk is no more than 15 minutes
• Vegan options are guaranteed at all stops except one
• The tours offer an opportunity to sample food and eat a meal at a local restaurant, while we have taken reasonable precautions in suggesting these restaurants; we suggest you apply your own discretion to enjoy your meals there
• The tour price includes pre-selected food and drinks. If you would like to order an item off the menu, you may do so at your own cost
• Each ticket is entitled to one drink, you are welcome to order additional drinks at your own expense
• If you have advised us of any dietary/ allergy requirements we would have informed the restaurants of this at the time of booking however please mention this to your tour host and the wait staff at the restaurants on arrival
• We will not be responsible for medical conditions and allergies not advised at the time of booking

Cancellation

Our office must be advised by telephone (1800 667 791) of any cancellation or amendment to a booking as follows: Cancellation Within 7 days No Refund / 7 to 14 days-50% / Over 14 days full Refund minus booking fees

This is Melbourne, so rain, hail or shine, we will be walking the streets in almost every weather condition so please come prepared.

Dress Code

Dress for the weather, We recommend that you wear comfortable shoes. It is not fast-paced and comfortable for most people.
