Guidelines

• Max weight is 125kg
• Max height is 6ft 6in
• Minimum age is 8 years old
• All participants must be able to understand English and have no hearing impairments

Please note: All packages require you to sign an indemnity form. If you are booked for any YOU DRIVE packages you will be required to sign an indemnity that states a $10,000.00 excess is applicable if there is an accident where you are at fault. This excess is able to be reduced on the day to $5,000 for an additional fee of $75.00 or $2,500 for an additional fee of $120.00.

Cancellation

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Numbers on the Day

You will be in the car with your driver only.

Weather

This experience usually operates regardless of weather conditions. However in cases of severe inclement weather conditions, the supplier reserve the right to cancel any session. The supplier will endeavour to reschedule your session as soon as possible if this occurs.

Dress Code

Tops and footwear must be worn at all times. Thongs and singlets are not permissible for participants. Tops with sleeves (T-shirt, Polo shirt etc) and closed in footwear (runners, trainers, sand shoes etc) must be worn. You will not be permitted to participate without the correct clothing and will risk forfeiting your booking.

All participants are required to sign a contract. Spectators are also required to sign an indemnity form.

This experience takes place on the Mornington Peninsula, about one hour's drive from Melbourne CBD.
