Please note that this stay cannot be booked during the following date ranges: 3 April 2026 to 5 April 2026, 18 December 2026 to 3 January 2027.

  • Bookings are essential

Cancellation

  • Cancellations with more than 14 days' notice are subject to $75 admin fee
  • Cancellations with less than 14 days' notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee per booking and subject to $75 admin fee
  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, no shows and/or incomplete stays will be charged the full value of the booking
  • Any extras added to the booking, such as, but not limited to, food, spa treatments etc will be charged at full value
  • Late arrivals or no-shows may result in forfeiting your experience
