Infrared bed sessions involve heat and light exposure and may not be suitable for everyone. For your safety, please discuss any concerns with our team before booking if you have certain types of cancer, epilepsy, skin conditions, open wounds, pregnancy, light sensitivity, are taking photosensitizing medications, or have thyroid conditions. Our team can advise whether it is safe to participate or recommend consulting a healthcare professional first. If you experience discomfort, dizziness, or overheating during a session, stop immediately and notify staff. Following these restrictions ensures a safe, controlled, and effective red light therapy experience while protecting your health and wellbeing.

Guidelines

• Each room and infrared bed is private
• For maximum benefits, it is recommended not to wear clothing during your sessions, though underwear or swimwear is acceptable if preferred
• Participants should ensure they are well hydrated and avoid using lotions, oils or heavy creams prior to the session
• Staff instructions should be followed at all times
• If you experience lightheadedness, overheating or feel uncomfortable, pause the session and inform a team member immediately

Cancellation

• Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Numbers on the Day

This voucher is valid for one participant and is strictly non transferable.

Spectators

General spectators are not permitted. The only exceptions are guardians accompanying individuals under 18 who are using the facilities, or designated caregivers assisting clients who require support. Guardians and caregivers may wait in the designated waiting area during the session.

Weather

This experience runs in all weather conditions.

Dress Code

For this experience, participants are encouraged to be unclothed during the infrared bed session for the best results. If you prefer, please bring swimwear or underwear that you'll feel comfortable in.
