• Please wait at least seven days after a chemical peel or laser treatment before scheduling this facial
• Do not receive this treatment if you have sunburn on your face or scalp
• If you are pregnant, consult with your doctor before booking, as certain products or techniques may not be suitable
• Ensure you have no allergies to the treatment ingredients, including enzymes or essential oils
• Wait 48 to 72 hours after receiving Botox, fillers, or injectables before booking this facial
• This treatment is not suitable for individuals with skin sensitivity to exfoliation or active ingredients
• Please refrain from booking if you have contagious conditions such as cold sores or conjunctivitis
• Individuals with severe rosacea or hypersensitivity should avoid this treatment

Cancellation

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
