• Please allow 1 hour and 45 mins for the whole experience which will include a safety briefing, gear up and flight time
• You must arrive 1 hour prior to your selected flight time
• The single flights take close to a minute each (the equivalent of an outdoor skydive freefall) and this experience combines 4 of them into 2 double length flights

• No experience required
• You can fly from 3 years of age and up
• You can pay an extra $20 for the instructor to fly you up and around the chamber, available at 10am, 12pm, 2pm, 4pm & 6pm on weekdays and every 1 hour from 10am on weekends
• If you are under 180cm, the weight limit is 105kg. If you are over 180cm, the weight limit is 115kg. If you don't fit into either of these categories, please contact us and we will discuss your personal situation
• Not suitable for pregnant women
• People with prior shoulder dislocation or back/neck/heart problems, please contact the experience provider before booking to discuss your suitability

Once this experience has been confirmed, changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged directly with them according to this policy:

• No Shows and Late Arrivals: Participants forfeit their experience and therefore are not entitled to a refund or to re-book. Participants are advised to make their own insurance provisions in case of unforeseen circumstances
• Customers with repeated cancellations or no shows may lose flight privileges

Please be aware there may be up to 15 other people booked in your session, however when you are in the flight chamber it is only you and your instructor

Spectators are welcome at the viewing gallery to watch their family and friends fly

Well fitting, lace up sneakers are required, no other shoes are suitable.
