Guidelines

• Minimum age is six years. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult
• A minimum fitness level is required. You must be able to climb into the basket, unassisted and stand for flight
• Please advise of any medical conditions at the time of booking
• Participants must be 18 years and over to consume alcohol, photo ID may be required
• If you have had surgeries or broken bones within the past three months, or are currently under doctors supervision regarding surgery or injury, regardless of when surgery or injury occurred, you can not fly
• Passangers can not fly with ongoing neck, back, or knee injuries
• You cannot fly if you are pregnant
• Maximum weight of 140 kg per adult, 50 kg for children

Cancellation

• Change your booking up to 7 days before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Numbers on the Day

This voucher is valid for one person.

Weather

Flights may be rescheduled in the event of bad weather.

Dress Code

Wear clothes as for hiking, i.e. sturdy shoes that will keep your feet warm and dry and long pants.

Other Info

All flights are conducted by CASA approved pilots and your comfort and safety and enjoyment.
